يتعهد جميع الأعضاء بأن يقوموا، منفردين أو مشتركين، بما يجب عليهم من عمل بالتعاون مع الهيئة لإدراك المقاصد المنصوص عليها في المادة 55.

In Article 56, all Members of the United Nations pledge to take joint and separate action in cooperation with the Organization for the achievement of the purposes set forth in Article 55.
ففي المادة السادسة والخمسين، يتعهد جميع أعضاء اﻷمم المتحدة بأن يقوموا، منفردين أو مشتركين، بما يجب عليهم من عمل بالتعاون مع المنظمة لادراك المقاصد المنصوص عليها في المادة الخامسة والخمسين.

In article 56 of the Charter, Members States have pledged themselves " to take joint and separate action in cooperation with the Organization " to achieve these purposes.
وفي المادة 56 من الميثاق، تعهدت الدول الأعضاء بأن تقوم منفردة أو مجتمعة بما يجب عليها من عمل بالتعاون مع المنظمة لإدراك تلك المقاصد.

43. In Article 56 of the Charter, the Members pledge themselves to take joint and separate action in cooperation with the Organization for the achievement of the purposes set forth in Article 55.
43- وفي المادة 56 من الميثاق، يتعهد الأعضاء بأن يقوموا، منفردين أو مشتركين، بما يجب عليهم من عمل بالتعاون مع الهيئة لإدراك المقاصد المنصوص عليها في المادة 55.

Article 56 commits all Members “to take joint and separate action in cooperation with the Organization for the achievement of the purposes set forth in Article 55”.
ويتعهد بموجب المادة 56 جميع الأعضاء بأن " يقوموا، منفردين أو مشتركين، بما يجب عليهم من عمل بالتعاون مع الهيئة لإدراك المقاصد المنصوص عليها في المادة الخامسة والخمسين " (36).

12. The Charter of the United Nations commits Member States, in its preamble, to employ international machinery for the promotion of the economic and social advancement of all peoples and, in Article 56, to take joint and separate action in cooperation with the Organization for the achievement of the purposes set forth in Article 55.
١٢ - ويلزم ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة الدول اﻷعضاء، في ديباجته، بأن تستخدم اﻷداة الدولية في ترقية الشؤون الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للشعوب جميعها؛ كما يلزمها، في المادة ٥٦، بأن تقوم منفردة أو مشتركة بما يجب عليها من عمل بالتعاون مع المنظمة ﻹدراك المقاصد المنصوص عليها في المادة ٥٥.

In Article 56, the Charter registers the pledge by all members of the Organization " to take joint and separate action in cooperation with the Organization " .
وفي المادة 56، يسجل الميثاق تعهد جميع الأعضاء في المنظمة " بأن يقوموا، منفردين أو مشتركين، بما يجب عليهم من عمل بالتعاون مع الهيئة " .

4. To note with appreciation, however, the Party's action in cooperation with UNEP to seek further assistance from the Global Environment Facility to address this situation and to request Azerbaijan to report to the Secretariat on the status of this initiative, in time for the Committee's consideration at its next meeting;
4 - بيد أنه يحيط علماً مع التقدير بما قام به الطرف من عمل بالتعاون مع برنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة لإلتماس المزيد من المساعدة من مرفق البيئة العالمية لمعالجة هذه الحالة، ويطلب إلى أذربيجان أن تقدم تقريراً إلى الأمانة عن وضع تلك المبادرة في وقت يسمح للجنة بالنظر فيه خلال اجتماعها التالي؛

4. 8. The Charter of the United Nations imposes in general terms an obligation on all its Members to " take joint and separate action in cooperation with the Organization " , inter alia, for the achievement of human rights (see Arts. 55 and 56).
8- ويفرض ميثاق الأمم المتحدة بصفة عامة التزاماً على جميع أعضاء الأمم المتحدة " بأن يقوموا، منفردين أو مشتركين، بما يجب عليهم من عمل بالتعاون مع الهيئة " في جملة أمور منها إعمال حقوق الإنسان (انظر المادتين 55 و56).

Article 56 states that Members " pledge themselves to take joint and separate action in cooperation with the Organization for the achievement for the purposes set forth in Article 55 " .
وتنص المادة 56 على أن " يتعهد جميع الأعضاء بأن يقوموا، منفردين أو مجتمعين، بما يجب عليهم من عمل بالتعاون مع الهيئة لإدراك المقاصد المنصوص عليها في المادة 55 " .

Indeed, Articles 55 and 56 of the Charter addressed the issue of human rights directly, stipulating that the United Nations would promote universal respect for, and observance of, those rights without distinction as to race, sex, language or religion, and that all members pledge themselves to take joint and separate action in cooperation with the Organization to that end.
وفي الواقع، فإن المادتين ٥٥ و ٥٦ من الميثاق تتناولان مسألة حقوق اﻹنسان بشكل مباشر، وتنصان على أن تعمل اﻷمم المتحدة على أن تشيع في العالم احترام ومراعاة حقوق الانسان بلا تمييز بسبب العرق أو الجنس أو اللغة أو الدين، وأن يتعهد جميع اﻷعضاء بأن يقوموا، منفردين أو مشتركين، بما يجب عليهم من عمل بالتعاون مع الهيئة ﻹدراك تلك المقاصد.

(d) Articles 55-60 of the Charter, on international economic and social cooperation, also state United Nations responsibilities in those fields and indicate that all Members pledge themselves to joint and separate action in cooperation with the Organization for the achievement of those responsibilities.

The Charter of the United Nations (Arts. 55 and 56) identifies the overall purposes of international economic and social cooperation, and members pledge themselves under the Charter " to take joint and separate action in cooperation with the Organization " to achieve these purposes.
ويحدد ميثاق الأمم المتحدة (المادتان 55 و56) المقاصد الإجمالية للتعاون الاقتصادي والاجتماعي الدولي، وتعهد الأعضاء بموجب الميثاق " بأن يقوموا مشتركين أو منفردين بما يجب عليهم من عمل بالتعاون مع المنظمة " لتحقيق هذه المقاصد.
