This right is guaranteed in article 167 of the Marriage and Family Code.
وهذا الحق منصوص عليه في المادة ١٦٧ من قانون الزواج واﻷسرة في جمهورية بيلاروس.

Article 16 of the Marriage and Family Code stipulates that marriage is possible between persons who reach 18 years of age.
وتنص المادة ١٦ من قانون الزواج واﻷسرة على أن الزواج ممكن بين شخصين يبلغان الثامنة عشرة من العمر.

Article 5 of the Marriage and Family Code of the Republic of Armenia states that:
وتنص المادة ٥ من قانون الزواج واﻷسرة لجمهورية أرمينيا على ما يلي:

Article 29 of the Law on Marriage and Family states that women and men are equal in all aspects in the family.
فالمادة 29 من قانون الزواج والأسرة تنص على أن الرجل والمرأة متساويان في جميع جوانب حياة الأسرة.

Article 112 of the Law on Marriage and Family stipulates " to adopt a child, there must be an agreement of the parent or guardian of the adoptee.
408 - تنص المادة 112 من قانون الزواج والأسرة على أنه " ليتم تبني طفل، يجب أن يوافق والديه أو الوصي عليه.

Article 32 of the Law on Marriage and Family states that a husband and wife have equal rights to use, obtain benefits and manage joint property.
وتنص المادة 32 من قانون الزواج والأسرة على أن للزوج والزوجة حقوقاً متساوية في استخدام الأملاك المشتركة والحصول على منافع منها وإدارتها.

These provisions of the Constitution are also reflected in articles 3, 4 and 5 of the Marriage and Family Code.
وتتجلى أيضا أحكام الدستور هذه في المواد ٣ و٤ و٥ من قانون الزواج واﻷسرة.

122. Article 1 of the Marriage and Family Code states the purposes of the Code:
٢٢١- وتحدد المادة ١ من قانون الزواج واﻷسرة أغراض القانون بأنها:

Article 15 of the Marriage and Family Code also stipulates that the main condition for contracting marriage is the consent of both persons getting married who have reached the age established by law.
وتنص المادة ١٥ من قانون الزواج واﻷسرة أيضا على أن الشرط الرئيسي لعقد الزواج هو الرضا من جانب كلا الطرفين الراغبين في الزواج واللذين بلغا السن المقررة بموجب القانون.

Apart from the provisions mentioned above, article 21 of the Marriage and Family Code stipulates that the property acquired by the spouses in marriage is their common joint property and must be used only with mutual consent.
وفضلا عن اﻷحكام المذكورة أعلاه، تنص المادة ٢١ من قانون الزواج واﻷسرة على أن المال الذي يكتسبه الزوجان أثناء الزواج هو ملكية شائعة ومشتركة بينهما ولا ينبغي استخدامه إلا بالرضا المتبادل.

Article 19 of the Marriage and Family Code stipulates that spouses decide together the issue of bringing up children and other issues of family life.
وتنص المادة ١٩ من قانون الزواج واﻷسرة على أن الزوجين يقرران معا مسألة تربية اﻷطفال والمسائل اﻷخرى المتعلقة بالحياة اﻷسرية.

Article 150 of the Marriage and Family Code stipulates that every person may be appointed a guardian at the age of 18, except the groups of persons who are on the list provided in part 2 of this article.
وتنص المادة ١٥٠ من قانون الزواج واﻷسرة على أنه يمكن ﻷي شخص أن يعيﱠن وليا في سن الثامنة عشرة، ما عدا فئات اﻷشخاص المذكورين في القائمة الواردة في البند ٢ من هذه المادة.

116. According to article 1 of the Marriage and Family Code, the Code's purpose is to contribute to the building of family relations based on the free and full consent of the spouses, free of any financial motivation, and on love and respect.
١١٦ - وتنص المادة ١ من قانون الزواج واﻷسرة على أن الغرض من القانون هو اﻹسهام في بناء علاقات أسرية على أساس القبول الحر والكامل من الزوجين، المبرأ من أية دوافع مالية، وعلى أساس الحب والاحترام.

Under article 5 of the Marriage and Family Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Government expresses its concern for the family by creating and developing a wide network of day care centres and nurseries, boarding schools and other facilities for children.
وبموجب المادة ٥ من قانون الزواج واﻷسرة في جمهورية قيرغيزستان، تعرب الحكومة عن اهتمامها باﻷسرة بإنشاء وتطوير شبكة واسعة من مراكز الرعاية ودور الحضانة النهارية، والمدارس الداخلية، وغيرها من مرافق اﻷطفال.

Article 37 of the Law on Marriage and Family states that the joint property may be sold or given as donation with the consent of the both spouses.
وتنص المادة 37 من قانون الزواج والأسرة على أنه يجوز بيع الأملاك المشتركة أو تقديمها على سبيل المنحة بموافقة كلا الزوجين.

Article 32 of the Law on Marriage and Family prescribes, " A wife and husband have equal rights to use, obtain benefits and manage joint property. "
وتنص المادة 32 من قانون الزواج والأسرة على أن " للزوجة والزوج حقوقاً متساوية في استخدام الأملاك المشتركة والحصول على منافعها وإدارتها " .

A. Equal right in marriage Article 4 of the Law on Marriage and Family states " a man and woman reaching legal age have the right to self-determine that marriage.
400 - تنص المادة 4 من قانون الزواج والأسرة على أن " للرجل والمرأة اللذين بلغا السن القانوني الحق في أن يبت كل منهما بنفسه في موضوع زواجه.

Article 3 of the Law on Marriage and Family stipulates " the marriage is a solemn contract by which a man and woman determine to have sexual intercourse together in accordance with the provisions of law and they cannot dissolve their marriage as they please.
402 - تنص المادة 3 من قانون الزواج والأسرة على أن " الزواج عقد رسمي يقرر بموجبه رجل وامرأة أن تقوم بينهما علاقة جنسية وفقاً لأحكام القانون ولا يجوز لهما فسح زواجهما كما يشاءان.

Article 74 of the Law on Marriage and Family stipulates " the divorcing father or mother must support, take care of the upbringing and provide financial support for the children.
405 - تنص المادة 74 من قانون الزواج والأسرة على أن " الأب أو الأم الذي يُقدِّم على الطلاق يجب أن يدعم أطفاله أو أطفالها وأن يعتني بهم وأن يربيهم وأن يوفر لهم الدعم المالي.

Article 75 of the Law on Marriage and Family stipulates " a party who does not receive custody of the children has the right to visit his or her children.
406 - تنص المادة 75 من قانون الزواج والأسرة على أن " للطرف الذي لا يحصل على حضانة الأطفال الحق في زيارة أطفاله أو أطفالها.

Article 111 of the Law on Marriage and Family stipulates " either spouses may not adopt a child unless there is the consent by the other spouse.
407 - تنص المادة 111 من قانون الزواج والأسرة على أنه " لا يجوز لأي من الزوجين أن يتبنى طفلاً إلا إذا وافق الزوج الآخر على ذلك.

Each of the spouses is free to select his or her employment, profession, and place of residence (Article 19, 20, Marriage and Family Code of Turkmenistan).
وبوسع كل من الزوجين أن يختار بحرية المهنة والعمل والمسكن (المادتان 19 و 20 من قانون الزواج والأسرة).
