47. Issues concerning citizenship are addressed in the following provisions of the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Citizenship:
٤٧ - تعالج القضايا المتصلة بالمواطنة في اﻷحكام التالية من قانون جمهورية أرمينيا المتعلق بالمواطنة:

Employees are protected from sexual harassment by the Article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan " On State guarantees of gender equality " from 2006 that strictly forbids sexual harassment.
والمادة 4 من قانون جمهورية أذربيجان المتعلقة بالضمانات التي توفرها الدولة لكفالة المساواة بين الجنسين تحمي الموظفين من التعرض للتحرش الجنسي، حيث أصبحت منذ عام 2006 تصنفه ضمن الجرائم المحظورة التي يعاقب عليها القانون عقابا صارما.

In accordance with article 3 of the Act of the Republic of Tajikistan on Refugees, persons in respect of whom there is information on possible involvement in international terrorist organizations or drug-trafficking structures may not be recognized as refugees.
وبموجب المادة 3 من قانون جمهورية طاجيكستان للاجئين، لا يمكن أن يعتبر لاجئا الشخص الذي توجد معلومات لدى الهيئات المختصة في الدولة التي يحمل جنسيتها عن إمكانية انتمائه إلى منظمة إرهابية أو تنظيم لمافيا المخدرات.

189. The right to freedom of scientific and technical research is guaranteed by article 6 of the Act of the Republic of Belarus " On scientific and technical activity " .
٩٨١- وتكفل المادة ٦ من قانون جمهورية بيلاروس بشأن " النشاط العلمي والتقني " الحق في حرية البحث العلمي والتقني.

Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia " On international treaties " defines the ratio of international treaties and laws of the Republic of Armenia.
13- وتحدد المادة 5 من قانون جمهورية أرمينيا " المتعلق بالمعاهدات الدولية " الصلة بين المعاهدات الدولية وقوانين جمهورية أرمينيا.

Concessions are considered for mothers of children with impaired health for their right of getting labour pensions, in the Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan " On labour pensions " dated February 7, 2009.
١٨٦- وتنص المادة ٨ من قانون جمهورية أذربيجان بشأن " المعاشات التقاعدية " ، المؤرخ ٧ شباط/فبراير ٢٠٠٩ على منح امتيازات لأمهات الأطفال ذوي العاهات الصحية اللاتي من حقهن الحصول على معاشات.

In one electoral district, where there were two candidates and neither was elected, a further election will be held in accordance with article 48 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan " On elections to the Majlis-i Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan " .
وفي احدى الدوائر الانتخابية، جرى الاقتراع على اثنين من المرشحين، ولم يفز أيهما. وفي هذا الصدد، تنص المادة ٤٨ من قانون جمهورية طاجيكستان الخاص ﺑ " انتخابات برلمان جمهورية طاجيكستان " على وجوب إجراء انتخابات إعادة.

On 19 May 2005, a new version of the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on State Social Insurance Pensions was passed, with effect from 1 July 2005 (Valstybės žinios (Official Gazette) No 71-2555, 2005).
160- وفي 19 أيار/مايو 2005 تم اعتماد صيغة جديدة من قانون جمهورية ليتوانيا بشأن المعاشات التقاعدية للضمان الاجتماعي للدولة وسرى مفعولها اعتباراً من 1 تموز/يوليه 2005 (الجريدة الرسمية، عدد 71-2555، 2005).

Article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on State Social Insurance (Valstybės žinios (Official Gazette) No 17-447, 1991; No 171-6295, 2004) specifies the groups of persons insured and the types of insurance.
وتحدد المادة 4 من قانون جمهورية ليتوانيا بشأن الضمان الاجتماعي (الجريدة الرسمية عدد 17-447، 1991، والعدد 171-6295، 2004) فئات الأشخاص المشمولين بالتأمين ونوعيات هذا التأمين.

15. The purpose of the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Equal Treatment is to ensure implementation of equal rights of all persons laid down in the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania, to prohibit any form of direct or indirect discrimination on the ground of the person's sex, sexual orientation, race or ethnic origin, religion or convictions.
15 - والغرض من قانون جمهورية ليتوانيا بشأن المعاملة المتساوية هو وكفالة تنفيذ الحقوق المتساوية لجميع الأشخاص المبينة في دستور جمهورية ليتوانيا، وحظر أي شكل من أشكال التمييز المباشر أو غير المباشر على أساس جنس الشخص، وتوجهه الجنسي، والعنصر أو الأصل العرقي، والدين أو القناعاتلمعتقدات.

Article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia " On custody of arrestees and remand prisoners " also aims to prevent enforced disappearance and relates to the admission of the arrestee to police holding facilities and the detainee to detention facilities.
11- وتهدف أيضاً المادة 29 من قانون جمهورية أرمينيا " المتعلق بالمحتجزين والأشخاص المودعين في الحبس الاحتياطي " إلى منع الاختفاء القسري، وتتعلق بإيداع المقبوض عليهم في مرافق الشرطة وإيداع المحتجزين في مرافق الاحتجاز.

In accordance with article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia " On organisation of funerals and operation of cemeteries and crematoria " , the persons, who organise a funeral, shall be deemed to be the ones who assume responsibility for organisation of the funeral -- on a voluntary basis.
186- ووفقاً للمادة 13 من قانون جمهورية أرمينيا " المتعلق بتنظيم الجنازات وتشغيل المدافن وإحراق الجثث " ، يفترض أن يكون الأشخاص الذين ينظمون الجنازات هم الذين يتحملون المسؤولية عن تنظيم الجنازات - على أساس طوعي.

So, in accordance with article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia " On Legal Acts " , legal and natural persons shall have the right to elaborate, at their initiative, drafts of regulatory legal acts and submit them to corresponding law-making bodies.
وهكذا، وفقاً للمادة 27 من قانون جمهورية أرمينيا " المتعلق بالنصوص القانونية " ، يتمتع الأشخاص الطبيعيون والاعتباريون بالحق في أن يعدوا، بمبادرة منهم، مشاريع نصوص قانونية تنظيمية، وأن يقدموها إلى هيئات التشريع المناسبة.

6.4 Article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Mass Media prohibits journalists from issuing untrue information and requires them to respect the lawful rights and interests of persons and legal entities and to discharge other duties placed upon them by the legislation of Kazakhstan.
6-4 وتنص المادة 21 من قانون جمهورية كازاخستان الخاص بوسائط الإعلام الجماهيري على منع الصحفيين من تقديم معلومات مغلوطة وتلزمهم باحترام الحقوق والمصالح القانونية للأشخاص والكيانات القانونية وبالاضطلاع بمهامهم الموكلة إليهم بموجب قانون كازاخستان.

According to the Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan " On Rights of the Child " Children with mental and physical disabilities shall have the right to receive extraordinary, psychological, medical and defectological help determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
١٧٨- ووفقاً لأحكام المادة ٣٥ من قانون جمهورية أذربيجان بشأن " حقوق الطفل " ، يحق للأطفال ذوي الإعاقات العقلية أو البدنية الحصول على مساعدة طبية إضافية أو لمعالجة الاختلالات الوظيفية، يقررها مجلس الوزراء.

According to the Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan " On the rights of the child " , protection of children deprived of parental care is ensured by their adoption, giving them to patronage, guardianship and other families and if not possible then placing them in relevant institutions.
١٩٣- وتنص المادة ٣١ من قانون جمهورية أذربيجان بشأن " حقوق الطفل " على كفالة حماية الأطفال المحرومين من الرعاية الأبوية عن طريق تبنيهم، أو وضعهم في عهدة أسر تتكفل بتربيتهم ورعايتهم، أو وضعهم في المؤسسات المعنية إذا لم يتيسر ذلك.

In accordance with article 26 of the Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 24 March 1998 on laws and regulations, the procedure for the entry into force of laws is defined in the laws themselves or in separate laws.
ووفقا للمادة 26 من قانون جمهورية كازاخستان المؤرخ 24 آذار/ مارس 1998 بشأن القوانين واللوائح، يحدد إجراء دخول القوانين حيز النفاذ في القوانين نفسها أو في قوانين منفصلة.

Currently, the liability of legal persons for financing terrorist activity is provided for in part in article 23 of the Act of the Republic of Belarus " on counter-terrorism " .
وتحل المسائل المتعلقة بمسؤولية الأشخاص الاعتباريين عن تمويل الإرهاب بشكل جزئي في الوقت الراهن، على أساس المادة 23 من قانون جمهورية بيلاروس بشأن " مكافحة الإرهاب " .

In accordance with article 15 of the Act of the Republic of Belarus " On export control " , criminal, administrative and other liability is established for violating the laws of the Republic of Belarus on export control.
وبموجب المادة 15 من قانون جمهورية بيلاروس المعنون " الرقابة على الصادرات " تؤدي مخالفة قوانين جمهورية بيلاروس المتعلقة بالرقابة على الصادرات إلى وقوع المسؤولية الجنائية أو الإدارية أو غيرها من المسؤوليات الأخرى.
