According to staff regulation 13.3, the Director General is authorized within the budgetary level approved by the General Conference, to make appropriate amendments to schedules and annexes of the staff regulations so as to bring them into conformity with any relevant decisions that may be taken by the General Assembly on recommendation of the ICSC.
