I have the honour to transmit to you herewith a report from the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, submitted pursuant to paragraph 6 of Security Council resolution 1373 (2001) of 28 September 2001, in response to the comments of the Counter-Terrorism Committee.
يسرني أن أبعث لسعادتكم رفقه تقريرا مقدما من حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية حول الملاحظات التي وردت من لجنة مكافحة الإرهاب تنفيذا للفقرة 6 من قرار مجلس الأمن رقم 1373 المؤرخ 28 أيلول/سبتمبر 2001.

Burundi obviously needs technical and material assistance and would like to request the following from the Counter-Terrorism Committee:

Unfortunately, Cuba has never received a response to these complaints from the Counter-Terrorism Committee; to its knowledge, no specific measures have been adopted in this regard.

Answers to the questions forwarded by the Counter-Terrorism Committee established pursuant to Security Council resolution 1373 (2001) of 28 September 2001

1. By its resolution 1535 (2004), the Security Council established the Counter-Terrorism Committee Executive Directorate as a special political mission under the policy guidance of the Counter-Terrorism Committee.
1 - أنشأ مجلس الأمن بموجب قراره 1535 (2004) المديرية التنفيذية للجنة مكافحة الإرهاب كبعثة سياسية خاصة تأخذ توجيهاتها المتعلقة بالسياسات من لجنة مكافحة الإرهاب.

Please find attached the report of Spain submitted in response to the third letter of the Counter-Terrorism Committee (see enclosure).

(b) Experts of the Counter-Terrorism Committee and its Executive Directorate participated in UNODC activities and provided briefings on the role of the Committee and priorities under Council resolution 1373 (2001);

A network involving the United Nations system and the Bretton Woods institutions should be created to help Member States (in particular those needing greater assistance) to implement the recommendations of the Counter-Terrorism Committee.

The UNODC assistance programme is referred to in the letters from the Counter-Terrorism Committee to those Governments which require advice when reviewing their domestic legislation against terrorism and in drafting laws on the suppression and prevention of terrorism.

This report is being submitted pursuant to letter S/AC.40/Sub.Co.B/OC.73 of 8 October 2002 from the Counter-Terrorism Committee concerning the consideration of the second report submitted by Morocco, dated 10 July 2002, in which the Kingdom of Morocco informed the Committee of its intention to draft laws with respect to combating terrorism.
