It should be mentioned, however, that in section B (7) of the Set of Principles and Rules and in most countries having modern restrictive business practices legislation, the law covers State-owned enterprises in the same way as private firms.

(it may be recalled in this connection that article B.9 of the Set of Principles and Rules excludes from its scope intergovernmental agreements and RBPs directly caused by such agreements).
