198. The Committee is of the opinion that the system of administration of juvenile justice in the Sudan is not fully compatible with articles 37, 39 and 40 of the Convention and other relevant United Nations standards.
٨٩١ - وترى اللجنة أن نظام إدارة قضاء اﻷحداث في السودان لا يتفق تماما مع المواد ٣٧ و ٣٩ و ٤٠ من الاتفاقية وغيرها من معايير اﻷمم المتحدة ذات الصلة.

209. The Committee recommends that the system of administration of juvenile justice be reviewed in order to ensure its compatibility with articles 37, 39 and 40 of the Convention and other relevant United Nations standards.
٩٠٢ - وتوصي اللجنة بإعادة النظر فــي نظام إدارة قضاء اﻷحداث لضمان اتساقه مــع المواد ٣٧ و ٣٩ و ٤٠ من الاتفاقية وغير ذلك من معايير اﻷمم المتحدة ذات الصلة.

224. It was emphasized that there was an urgent need to ensure the publication and wide dissemination of a manual on standards of juvenile justice, including the Convention and other relevant United Nations standards adopted in this field, if possible with a commentary thereon, as well as of a manual on training for law enforcement officials.
٤٢٢- وأُكد على أن هناك ضرورة ملحة لضمان اصدار ونشر دليل عن معايير إقامة العدل لﻷحداث على نطاق واسع، بما في ذلك الاتفاقية وغيرها من معايير اﻷمم المتحدة ذات الصلة المعتمدة في هذا المجال، مع ادراج تعليقات عليها إذا أمكن ذلك، فضلا عن نشر دليل خاص بتدريب الموظفين المكلفين بإنفاذ القوانين.

194. The Committee recommends that the State party envisage undertaking a review of the system of juvenile justice in light of the principles and provisions of the Convention and of other United Nations standards in this field such as the Beijing Rules, the Riyadh Guidelines and the United Nations Rules for the Protection of Juveniles Deprived of their Liberty.
٤٩١- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بالنظر في مراجعة أوضاع نظام قضاء اﻷحداث على ضوء مبادئ الاتفاقية وأحكامها وغيرها من معايير اﻷمم المتحدة في هذا المجال، مثل قواعد بيجين، ومبادئ الرياض التوجيهية، وقواعد اﻷمم المتحدة لحماية اﻷحداث المحرومين من حريتهم.

The Committee recommends that the State party envisage undertaking a comprehensive reform of the system of juvenile justice in the spirit of the Convention, in particular articles 37, 39 and 40, and of other United Nations standards in this field, such as the Beijing Rules, the Riyadh Guidelines and the United Nations Rules for the Protection of Juveniles Deprived of their Liberty.
٩٧٥ - وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بالتفكير في القيام بإصلاح شامل لنظام عدالة اﻷحداث تحليا بروح الاتفاقية، وخاصة منها المواد ٧٣ و ٩٣ و ٠٤، وغير ذلك من معايير اﻷمم المتحدة في هذا المجال، مثل قواعد بيجين، ومبادئ الرياض التوجيهية وقواعد اﻷمم المتحدة لحماية اﻷحداث المحرومين من حريتهم.

320. On 24 March, it was reported that, according to the Association of Physicians for Human Rights, the detention conditions at Sharon Prison were shameful, endangered the detainees' health and did not meet minimal United Nations standards for the treatment of detainees.
٣٢٠ - وفي ٢٤ آذار/مارس، أفادت التقارير استنادا إلى رابطة اﻷطباء لمناصرة حقوق اﻹنسان أن أوضاع الاحتجاز في سجن شارون مزرية وتشكل خطرا عل صحة المحتجزين ولا يتحقق فيها الحد اﻷدنى من معايير اﻷمم المتحدة لمعاملة المحتجزين.
