(d) The institutions of any regional economic integration organization referred to in article 17 which is a Party to this Convention.
(د) مؤسسات أيٍ من منظمات التكامل الاقتصادي الإقليمية المشار إليها في المادة 17 والطرف في هذه الاتفاقية.

Such instruments should be received by that date by the Secretary-General of the United Nations as Depositary of the Convention, as the Convention enters into force for each State or regional economic integration organization, ninety days after the date of deposit of the instrument of ratification or accession.
وينبغي أن ترد هذه الصكوك بحلول ذلك التاريخ إلى الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة باعتباره وديع الاتفاقية، ذلك أن الاتفاقية يبدأ نفاذها بالنسبة إلى كل دولة أو منظمة من منظمات التكامل الاقتصادي الإقليمية بعد 90 يوماً من تاريخ إيداع صك التصديق أو الانضمام.
