184. Within three days of the date of receipt of the request from the Minister of Labour and Social Welfare (or, according to the case, from the workers' or employers' organizations) the President of the National Commission shall convene the Council of Representatives to consider the request and decide whether the supporting grounds are sufficient to initiate the revision process.
184- وفي غضون ثلاثة أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب من وزير العمل والخدمات الاجتماعية (أو من منظمات العمال أو أصحاب العمل حسب مقتضى الحال) يقوم رئيس اللجنة الوطنية بدعوة مجلس الممثلين إلى الاجتماع للنظر في الطلب واتخاذ قرار بشأن ما إن كانت الأسباب الداعمة تكفي لبدء عملية المراجعة.

The Code provides for the protection of working women, with due regard being given to their physiological make-up and family role. It states that women may not be employed in such industries and hazardous occupations as are defined by the Minister of Labour in consultation with the authorities.
وقد أحاط هذا القانون المرأة العاملة بالحماية آخذاً بالاعتبار طبيعتها الخاصة بحكم تكوينها الفسيولوجي ووضعها الأسري، فنص على حظر تشغيل النساء في بعض الصناعات والأعمال الخطرة التي ترك أمر تحديدها لقرار من وزير العمل بعد استطلاع رأي الجهات المختصة.

Articles 6, 7 and 8 made provision for the establishment of a Juvenile Welfare Board, chaired by the Minister of Labour and comprising representatives of the Department of Correction, the judiciary, the Ministry of the Interior and the Department of Minors, with the principal task of discussing and adopting an annual policy to remedy juvenile delinquency.
