Non-compliance with the whole array of resolutions adopted by the various organs of the United Nations had become a permanent feature of Israel's dealings with the United Nations. In particular, it had failed to respond to General Assembly resolution 57/269 reaffirming the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people and the population of the occupied Syrian Golan over their natural and economic resources.
كذلك فإن عدم الامتثال إزاء مجموعة بأكملها من القرارات التي اتخذتها مختلف هيئات الأمم المتحدة أصبح ملمحاً دائماً من ملامح التعامل الإسرائيلي مع الأمم المتحدة حيث لم تستجب إسرائيل بالذات لقرار الجمعية العامة 57/269 الذي يؤكد الحقوق غير القابلة للتصرف للشعب الفلسطيني وسكان الجولان السوري المحتل على مواردهم الطبيعية والاقتصادية.
