17 - تشجع هيئات حقوق الإنسان المنشأة بمعاهدات على مواصلة تحديد إمكانيات المساعدة التقنية، التي ستقدم بناء على طلب الدولة المعنية، في سياق عملها العادي لاستعراض التقارير الدورية المقدمة من الدول الأطراف، وتشجع الدول الأطراف على أن تدرس بعناية الملاحظات الختامية للهيئات المنشأة بمعاهدات لدى تحديد احتياجاتها من المساعدة التقنية؛
