84. According to the Law on Refugees, the refugees have the right to employment and education as the citizens of the Republic of Serbia (Article 2, paragraph 2).

153. By the decision of the European Union, the requirement of visas for travelling abroad to countries in the European Union has been lifted for the citizens of the Republic of Serbia on 19 December 2009.

33. The system of education covers preschool, primary and secondary education, as well as higher education, and is integral to life-long learning of all citizens of the Republic of Serbia.
33- يغطي نظام التعليم مرحلة التعليم قبل المدرسي ومرحلتي التعليم الأوَّلي والثانوي وكذلك التعليم العالي، ويتكامل مع عملية التعلم مدى الحياة لجميع مواطني جمهورية صربيا.

68. A novelty of this law is that a political party may be established by at least 10,000 citizens of the Republic of Serbia of age and working ability, with the exception of political parties of national minorities which may be established by at least 1,000 citizens of the Republic of Serbia of age and working ability.
68- ومن الجديد في هذا القانون أنه يمكن إنشاء الحزب السياسي بعدد لا يقل عن 000 10 مواطن من مواطني جمهورية صربيا الراشدين وأصحاب القدرة على العمل، باستثناء الأحزاب السياسية للأقليات القومية التي يمكن أن تنشأ بما لا يقل عن 000 1 مواطن من جمهورية صربيا الراشدين وأصحاب القدرة على العمل.

9. Like the FRY Constitution, the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia contains provisions on human and civil rights, freedoms and duties (sect. II, arts. 11-54), which apply to all citizens of the Republic of Serbia, and hence to members of national minorities as well.

The stated provisions clearly indicate that the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia recognizes and protects the right to life and survival of all citizens of the Republic of Serbia on equal terms with others, whereas in terms of the fact that human life is inviolable, no person, including a person with a disability, can be subjected to arbitrary deprivation of his/her life.
140- وتشير الأحكام المذكورة بوضوح إلى أن دستور جمهورية صربيا يقر بحق جميع مواطني جمهورية صربيا في الحياة والبقاء سواء بسواء مع الآخرين، وهو يحمي ذلك الحق، حيث ينص، كون حياة الإنسان غير قابلة للانتهاك، على عدم جواز إخضاع أي شخص، بمن في ذلك أي شخص ذي إعاقة، إلى الحرمان التعسفي من الحياة.

147. The Law on Travel Documents governs travel documents for the travelling of citizens of the Republic of Serbia abroad, defines types of travel documents and the method of their issuance.
147- ويحكم قانون وثائق السفر() الأمور المتعلقة بوثائق سفر مواطني جمهورية صربيا إلى الخارج، ويحدد أنواع وثائق السفر وطريقة إصدارها.

The principle of continuity of health care is achieved through total organization of the health-care system which has to be functionally linked and coordinated across levels, ranging from the primary through secondary to tertiary health-care levels, and which provides continuous health care to all citizens of the Republic of Serbia of all ages.
137- ويتحقق مبدأ استمرارية الرعاية الصحية عن طريق التنظيم الشامل لنظام الرعاية الصحية الذي ينبغي ربطه وتنسيقه وظيفياً على جميع المستويات، بدءاً من مستوى الرعاية الصحية الأولية ومروراً بالمستوى الثاني وصولاً إلى المستوى الثالث، على نحو يوفر الرعاية الصحية المستمرة لجميع مواطني جمهورية صربيا من الأعمار كافة.

On 30 September 2011, following a meeting of the National Security Council, the Minister of Interior announced that all public gatherings for the weekend of 1 and 2 October 2011 were banned under article 11(1) of the Law on Gathering of citizens of the Republic of Serbia.
وفي 30 أيلول/سبتمبر 2011، أعلن وزير الداخلية، في أعقاب اجتماع لمجلس الأمن الوطني، أن جميع التجمعات العامة المقرر تنظيمها في عطلة نهاية الأسبوع يومي 1 و2 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2011 محظورة بموجب المادة 11(1) من القانون المتعلق بتجمعات مواطني جمهورية صربيا(107).

In the sphere of primary education, citizens exercise the following rights: the right to eight years of primary schooling and education; the right to primary schooling and education of adult persons; the right to primary musical and ballet education and to supplementary primary schooling and education of children of the citizens of the Republic of Serbia (article 8 thereof).

36. In March 2009, the President of the National Council for Cooperation with the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia addressed the Secretary-General of the United Nations and the President and Registrar of the Tribunal on the subject of the initiative assumed by the Republic of Serbia for referring the citizens of the Republic of Serbia convicted before the Tribunal to serve their prison sentences in Serbia.
