2. The Committee shall, through the Secretary-General, notify the State party concerned, in writing, of its intention to organize a visit, indicating the composition of the delegation and the purpose of the visit, while seeking the consent of the State party to such a visit.
2- تُخطر اللجنة كتابة الدولة الطرف المعنية، عن طريق الأمين العام، بأنها تعتزم تنظيم زيارة، وتبين تكوين الوفد والغرض من الزيارة، مع التماس موافقة الدولة الطرف على الزيارة.

(9) Despite the State party's agreement to the recommendation made under the universal periodic review to introduce practical measures to lower the number of pretrial detainees, the Committee is concerned that no sufficient action has yet been taken in this regard (arts. 2, 11 and 16).
(9) على الرغم من موافقة الدولة الطرف على التوصية المقدمة في إطار الاستعراض الدوري الشامل باتخاذ تدابير عملية ترمي إلى خفض عدد المحتجزين رهن المحاكمة، يساور القلق اللجنة لأنه لم يُتخذ بعد أي إجراء كاف في هذا الصدد (المواد 2 و11 و16).
