Armenia is in breach of the fundamental principles of the Treaty, including the obligation to refrain from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any State and the " host nation consent " , for which the Treaty provides that no State party can station conventional armed forces on the territory of another State party without the agreement of that State party.
