7. Urges the Government of Mozambique and RENAMO to begin, as a matter of urgency, the assembly and demobilization of their forces without waiting for all assembly areas to become operational;
٧ - يحث حكومة موزامبيق وحركة المقاومة الوطنية الموزامبيقية على الشروع، بشكل عاجل، في تجميع وتسريح قواتهما دون انتظار لتشغيل كافة مناطق التجميع؛

11. Calls on the Government of Mozambique and RENAMO to build on the progress which has been achieved and to respect fully all the provisions of the General Peace Agreement, in particular those concerning the cease-fire and the movement of troops;
١١ - يدعو حكومة موزامبيق وحركة المقاومة الوطنية الموزامبيقية إلى تعزيز التقدم المحرز والاحترام الكامل لجميع أحكام اتفاق السلم العام، وخاصة اﻷحكام المتعلقة بوقف إطلاق النار وتحرك القوات؛

9. Calls on the Government of Mozambique and RENAMO to make operational without further delay the National Commission for Administration, the National Information Commission and the Police Affairs Commission;
٩ - يدعو حكومة موزامبيق وحركة المقاومة الوطنية الموزامبيقية الى العمل، دون مزيد من التأخير، على أن تبدأ اللجنة الوطنية ﻹدارة شؤون الدولة ولجنة اﻹعلام الوطنية ولجنة شؤون الشرطة أعمالها؛

8. Further calls upon the Government of Mozambique and RENAMO to comply fully and promptly with the decisions of the Monitoring and Supervision Commission;
٨ - يدعو كذلك حكومة موزامبيق وحركة المقاومة الوطنية الموزامبيقية إلى الامتثال الكامل الفوري لقرارات لجنة المراقبة واﻹشراف؛

19. On several occasions in the past, the Council called on the Government of Mozambique and RENAMO to respect fully all provisions of the general peace agreement, in particular those concerning the cease-fire and movement of troops.
١٩ - في مناسبات عديدة في الماضي، طلب المجلس من حكومة موزامبيق وحركة المقاومة الوطنية الموزامبيقية أن تحترما احتراما تاما جميع أحكام اتفاق السلم العام، وبصفة خاصة اﻷحكام المتعلقة بوقف إطلاق النار وتحرك القوات.

Reiterates its encouragement to the international community to provide appropriate and prompt assistance for the implementation of the humanitarian programme carried out in the framework of the General Peace Agreement, and urges the Government of Mozambique and RENAMO to facilitate unimpeded access to humanitarian assistance to the civilian population in need;
١٦ - يكرر تشجيعه للمجتمع الدولي أن يقدم مساعدات مناسبة وآنية لتنفيذ برنامج المساعدة اﻹنسانية الذي يتم الاضطلاع به في إطار اتفاق السلم العام، ويحث حكومة موزامبيق وحركة المقاومة الوطنية الموزامبيقية على تيسير وصول المساعدات اﻹنسانية بدون عائق إلى السكان المدنيين المحتاجين؛
