4. The first session of the Conference shall be convened by the Centre for International Crime Prevention of the Secretariat of the United Nations and shall take place not later than one year after the date of entry into force of the Convention.
٤ - يتولى المركز المعني بمنع الاجرام الدولي ، التابع لﻷمانة العامة لﻷمم المتحدة ، عقد دورة المؤتمر اﻷولى في موعد أقصاه سنة واحدة بعد تاريخ دخول الاتفاقية حيز النفاذ .

2. The entry into force triggers the establishment of the Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption, which, pursuant to article 63 of the Convention, will be convened no later than one year following the entry into force.
2- ويؤدّي بدءُ النفاذ إلى إنشاء مؤتمر الدول الأطراف في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد الذي سيُعقد في موعد أقصاه سنة واحدة بعد بدء سريانها، عملا بأحكام المادة 63 من الاتفاقية.

A review of the annex, based on recommendations by the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice and the Subsidiary Body for Implementation, shall be undertaken no later than one year after the completion of the [first] additional period for fulfilling commitments, taking into account, inter alia, the experience of the Parties.

It also provides that the Conference shall be convened not later than one year following the entry into force of the Convention and shall adopt rules of procedure and rules governing the functioning of its activities.

Pursuant to article 63, paragraph 2, of the Convention, the Secretary-General convened the Conference of the States Parties not later than one year following the entry into force of the Convention.
