57- يجوز لأي دولة موقِّعة على الاتفاقية أن تشارك في الآلية باعتبارها دولة مستعرَضة على أساس طوعي على أن يقتصر ذلك على المسائل المتعلقة بتنفيذ الاتفاقية.

Rule 14 of the draft rules of procedure for the Conference of the States Parties provides that, subject to prior written notification to the Secretary-General, any State or regional economic integration organization signatory to the Convention in accordance with its article 67, paragraphs 1 and 2, shall be entitled to participate as an observer in the Conference.
تنص المادة 14 من مشروع النظام الداخلي لمؤتمر الدول الأطراف على أنه، رهنا بتوجيه إشعار خطي مسبق إلى الأمين العام، يحق لأي دولة أو أي منظّمة تكامل اقتصادي إقليمية موقِّعة على الاتفاقية وفقا للفقرتين 1 و2 من المادة 67 من الاتفاقية أن تشارك بصفة مراقب في مداولات المؤتمر.

1. Subject to prior written notification to the Secretary-General, any State or regional economic integration organization signatory to the Convention in accordance with its article 67, paragraphs 1 and 2, shall be entitled to participate as an observer in the Conference.
1- رهنا بتوجيه إشعار خطي مسبق إلى الأمين العام، يحق لأي دولة أو أي منظَّمة تكامل اقتصادي إقليمية موقِّعة على الاتفاقية وفقا للفقرتين 1 و2 من المادة 67 من الاتفاقية أن تشارك بصفة مراقب في مداولات المؤتمر.

59. A State signatory to the Convention may participate in the Mechanism as a State under review on a voluntary basis. The costs associated with such participation shall be paid from available voluntary contributions.
59- يجوز لأي دولة موقِّعة على الاتفاقية أن تشارك في الآلية باعتبارها دولة مستعرَضة على أساس طوعي، وتُسدّد التكاليف المرتبطة بهذه المشاركة من التبرعات المتاحة.

(أ) رهناً بتوجيه إشعار خطّي مسبق إلى الأمين العام، يحقُّ لأيِّ دولة أو منظمة تكامل اقتصادي إقليمية موقِّعة على الاتفاقية وفقاً للفقرتين 1 و2 من المادة 67 من الاتفاقية أن تشارك في فريق استعراض التنفيذ؛
