The Security Council also calls on the Government of Myanmar to take all necessary measures to address the political, economic, humanitarian, and human rights issues that are the concern of its people and emphasizes that the future of Myanmar lies in the hands of all of its people.
ويهيب أيضا مجلس الأمن بحكومة ميانمار أن تتخذ جميع الخطوات الضرورية لمعالجة القضايا المتعلّقة بالحقوق السياسية والاقتصادية والإنسانية وحقوق الإنسان التي تشغل بال سكانها، ويؤكد أن تحديد مستقبل ميانمار يعود أمره إلى جميع سكانها.

36. Consequent upon the Opinion rendered, the Working Group requests the Government of Myanmar to take the necessary steps to remedy the situation of the abovementioned persons and to bring it into conformity with the standards and principles set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
36- ونتيجة للرأي الصادر يطلب الفريق العامل من حكومة ميانمار أن تتخذ الخطوات للازمة لتصحيح وضع الأشخاص المذكورين أعلاه وتحقيق توافقه مع المعايير والمبادئ المعروضة في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان.

31. Consequent upon the opinion rendered, the Working Group requests the Government of Myanmar to take the necessary steps to remedy the situation of Thagyi Maung Zeya and Sithu Zeya and to bring it into conformity with the standards and principles set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
31- وبناءً على هذا الرأي، يطلب الفريق العامل إلى حكومة ميانمار أن تتخذ التدابير اللازمة لتصحيح وضع تاغيي ماأونغ زايا وسيثو زايا لكي يتفق مع المعايير والمبادئ الواردة في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان.

7. Calls upon the Government of Myanmar to take necessary measures to ensure accountability and end impunity, including by undertaking a full, transparent and independent investigation into all reports of violations of international human rights and humanitarian law;
7 - تهيب بحكومة ميانمار أن تتخذ التدابير اللازمة لكفالة المساءلة ووضع حد للإفلات من العقاب، بطرق منها إجراء تحقيق كامل شفاف مستقل في جميع البلاغات التي تفيد بوقوع انتهاكات للقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان والقانون الإنساني الدولي؛

In this regard, the Government of Myanmar should take immediate and unequivocal steps to stop the practices of torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment.
وفي هذا الصدد، ينبغي لحكومة ميانمار أن تتخذ خطوات عاجلة وواضحة لوقف ممارسات التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة؛

(10) The Government of Myanmar should take steps to facilitate and guarantee the enjoyment of the freedoms of opinion, expression and association, in particular by decriminalizing the expression of oppositional views, relinquishing government controls over the media and literary and artistic works.
)١٠( ينبغي لحكومة ميانمار أن تتخذ خطوات لتيسير وضمان التمتع بحريات الرأي والتعبير وتكوين الجمعيات، وذلك خاصة بنزع الصفة الجرمية عن التعبير عن اﻵراء المعارضة وبالتخلي عن الرقابة الحكومية على وسائل اﻹعلام والجمعيات اﻷدبية والفنية.

(f) The Government of Myanmar should take steps to facilitate and guarantee enjoyment of the freedoms of opinion, expression and association, in particular by decriminalizing the expression of oppositional views and by relinquishing government control over the media and literary and artistic communities.
)و( ينبغي لحكومة ميانمار أن تتخذ خطوات لتيسير وضمان التمتع بحريات الرأي والتعبير وتكوين الجمعيات، وذلك خاصة بنزع الصفة الجرمية عن التعبير عن اﻵراء المعارضة وبالتخلي عن الرقابة الحكومية على وسائل اﻹعلام والجمعيات اﻷدبية والفنية.
