23. Further calls upon the Government of Myanmar to allow human rights defenders to pursue their activities unhindered and to ensure their safety, security and freedom of movement in that pursuit;

17. Invites the Government of Myanmar to fully respect its obligations under the Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949, in particular their common article 3, and to avail itself of such services as may be offered by impartial humanitarian bodies;
١٧- تدعو حكومة ميانمار إلى أن تحترم بالكامل التزاماتها بموجب اتفاقيـــات جنيف المؤرخة في ١٢ آب/أغسطس ١٩٤٩، ولا سيما الالتزامات المنصوص عليها في المادة الثالثة المشتركة، وأن تستفيد من الخدمات التي يمكن أن تتيحها الهيئات اﻹنسانية المحايدة؛

(b) To call upon the Government of Myanmar to authorize access to the affected areas by the Special Rapporteur, the United Nations and associated personnel, as well as personnel of humanitarian organizations and to guarantee their safety, security and freedom of movement.

18. Strongly calls upon the Government of Myanmar to lift restrictions on the freedom of assembly, association, movement and expression, including for free and independent media, by ensuring the openly available and accessible use of Internet and mobile telephone services and ending the use of censorship, including the use of the Electronic Transactions Law to prevent the reporting of views critical of the Government;
