The American Convention on Human Rights, or Pact of San Jose, Costa Rica, was adopted on 22 November 1969 at the Inter-American Specialized Conference on Human Rights, held in San Jose.
لقد اعتُمدت الاتفاقية اﻷمريكية المتعلقة بحقوق اﻹنسان، أو ميثاق سان خوسيه، كوستاريكا، في ٢٢ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٦٩ في مؤتمر البلدان اﻷمريكية المتخصص المعني بحقوق اﻹنسان الذي عقد في سان خوسيه.

In El Salvador the Government committed itself to " Development: the new name of peace " in its signing on 31 May 1995 of the Pact of San Andrés.

I. The Government of Nicaragua recognizes as binding as of right with no special convention the competence of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in all cases involving interpretation and application of the Inter-American Convention on Human Rights, " Pact of San Jose, Costa Rica, " by virtue of Article 62(1) thereof.
أولاً - أن حكومة نيكاراغوا تعترف باختصاص محكمة الدول الأمريكية لحقوق الإنسان الإلزامي بحكم القانون وبدون موافقة خاصة بالنظر في جميع المسائل المتعلقة بتفسير أو تطبيق الاتفاقية الأمريكية لحقوق الإنسان " ميثاق سان خوسيه في كوستاريكا " اتفاقاً مع أحكام المادة 62، الفقرة 1 من تلك الاتفاقية.
