The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia deplores the Azerbaijani rejection of the CSCE Minsk Group peace plan and considers this rejection a major blow to the establishment of peace in the region.

مرة ثانية يلجأ ممثلو المؤسسات اﻷذربيجانية الرسمية الى التضليل الدعائي، بنشر إشاعات كاذبة عن استيلاء قوات الكاراباخ على مدينة أقدام، عشية المرحلة التالية لتنفيذ المبادرة السلمية لمجموعة مينسك التابعة لمؤتمر اﻷمن والتعاون في أوروبا.

Furthermore, the Council strongly urged the parties to seek a negotiated settlement of the conflict within the context of the CSCE Minsk process and its “Adjusted timetable”.

The Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Armenia is in receipt of the CSCE Minsk Group proposal to implement United Nations Security Council resolution 822 (1993) you presented on 7 June 1993.
تلقت وزارة خارجية جمهورية أرمينيا اقتراح مجموعة مينسك التابعة لمؤتمر اﻷمن والتعاون في أوروبا بشأن تنفيذ قرار مجلس اﻷمن ٨٢٢ )١٩٩٣( الذي قدمتموه يوم ٧ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٣.

By rejecting the latest peace plan offered by the nine countries of the CSCE Minsk Group, Azerbaijan is effectively reaffirming its policy to seek a military solution to the problem of Nagorny Karabakh.
