21 مكرراً سابعاً - يحسب أي طرف مُدرج في المرفق الأول استيراد منتجات الخشب المقطوع الواردة من طرف غير مدرج في المرفق الأول وفقا لما تنص عليه الفقرتان 21 مكرراً ثامناً و21 مكرراً تاسعاً أدناه.

21 مكرراً سابعاً - يحسب أي طرف مُدرج في المرفق الأول استيراد منتجات الخشب المقطوع الواردة من طرف غير مدرج في المرفق الأول وفقاً لما تنص عليه الفقرتان 21 مكرراً ثامناً و21 مكرراً تاسعاً أدناه.

A party included in Annex 1 shall demonstrate that such activities [have occurred since 1990 and] are human-induced.
وعلى طرف مُدرج في المرفق الأول أن يُثبت أن هذه الأنشطة [قد حدثت منذ عام 1990 و] تسبب فيها الإنسان.

Decides that, in the second and subsequent commitment periods, each Party included in Annex I to the Convention shall maintain, in its national registry, a commitment period reserve which should not drop below the lower of either:
45- يقرر أنه، في فترة الالتزام الثانية وفترات الالتزام اللاحقة، يحتفظ كل طرف مُدرج في المرفق الأول للاتفاقية، في سجله الوطني، باحتياطي لفترة الالتزام لا ينخفض عن أحد المقدارين التاليين أيهما أقل:

Option 2: A Party included in Annex I shall account for importing of harvested wood products that have originated from a non-Annex I Party in a manner prescribed in paragraphs below.
الخيار 2: يجب أن يُدخل أي طرف مُدرج في المرفق الأول في الحساب استيراد منتجات الخشب المقطوع والتي تعود في منشئها إلى طرف من الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول وذلك بطريقة من الطرق المبينة في الفقرات الواردة أدناه.

2. Acknowledges with appreciation the continued efforts of Kazakhstan since 2009 to become a Party included in Annex I with a commitment inscribed in Annex B to the Kyoto Protocol;
2- يعترف مع التقدير بجهود كازاخستان المستمرة منذ عام 2009 لكي تصبح طرفاً من الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول للاتفاقية والمتعهدة بالتزام مُدرج في المرفق باء لبروتوكول كيوتو؛

3. Welcomes with appreciation the intention of Kazakhstan to participate as a Party included in Annex I with a commitment inscribed in Annex B to the Kyoto Protocol for the second commitment period of the Kyoto Protocol;
3- يرحب مع التقدير باعتزام كازاخستان المشاركة بوصفها طرفاً من الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول للاتفاقية والمتعهدة بالتزام مُدرج في المرفق باء لبروتوكول كيوتو فيما يخص فترة الالتزام الثانية لبروتوكول كيوتو؛

National inventory systems established under Article 5, paragraph 1, shall ensure that areas of land subject to land use, land-use change and forestry activities under Article 3, paragraphs 3 and 4, are identifiable, and information on these areas shall be provided by each Party included in Annex I in their national inventories in accordance with Article 7.
25- تكفل نُظم قوائم الجرد الوطنية المُنشأة بموجب الفقرة 1 من المادة 5 إمكانية تحديد مساحات الأراضي المشمولة بأنشطة استخدام الأراضي وتغيير استخدام الأراضي والحراجة وفق الفقرتين 3 و4 من المادة 3، ويقدم كل طرف مُدرج في المرفق الأول المعلومات المتعلقة بهذه المساحات في قوائم جرده الوطنية وفقاً للمادة 7.

A Party included in Annex I that applies the provisions of force majeure shall calculate the emissions and removals subject to the provisions contained in paragraph 19 bis above, showing that these emissions and removals comply with the definition of force majeure, and provide information:1213
19 مكرراً ثالثاً - كل طرف مُدرج في المرفق الأول يطبِّق أحكام القوة القاهرة يجب أن يحسب الانبعاثات وعمليات الإزالة رهناً بالأحكام الواردة في الفقرة 19 مكرراً أعلاه، مبيناً أن هذه الانبعاثات وعمليات الإزالة تمتثل لتعريف القوة القاهرة وأن يقدم معلومات():

The plenary of the Committee recalls that paragraph 139 of the annex to decision 22/CMP.1 provides that if the national communication of a Party included in Annex I is not submitted within six weeks after the due date, the delay is to be brought to the attention of the CMP and the Compliance Committee and made public.
21- وتشير اللجنة بكامل هيئتها إلى الفقرة 139 من مرفق المقرر 22/م أإ-1 التي تنص على أنه إذا لم يُقدم البلاغ الوطني لطرف مُدرج في المرفق الأول في غضون ستة أسابيع من الموعد المقرر لزم إبلاغ التأخير لمؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف ولجنة الامتثال والإعلان عنه.

24. National inventory systems established under Article 5, paragraph 1, shall ensure that areas of land subject to land use, land-use change and forestry activities under Article 3, paragraphs 3 and 4, are identifiable, and information on these areas shall be provided by each Party included in Annex I in their national inventories in accordance with Article 7.
24- تكفل نُظم قوائم الجرد الوطنية المُنشأة بموجب الفقرة 1 من المادة 5 إمكانية تحديد المعلومات المتعلقة بمساحات الأراضي الخاضعة لأنشطة استخدام الأراضي وتغيير استخدام الأراضي والحراجة بموجب الفقرتين 3 و4 من المادة 3، ويقدم كل طرف مُدرج في المرفق الأول المعلومات المتعلقة بهذه المساحات في قوائم جرده الوطنية وفقاً للمادة 7.
