15. Ms. Nakian (United States of America) said that her delegation had been pleased to learn that the Secretary-General would review the content of bulletin ST/SGB/2004/4. Because Member States had not been more closely consulted, its provisions might well lead to disagreements.
15 - السيدة ناكيان (الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية): أعربت عن سرور بلدها لأن الأمين العام سيعيد بحث الأحكام الواردة في النشرة ST/SGB/2004/4، وترى أنه لو لم تجر مشاورات متعمقة بصورة أكبر مع الدول الأعضاء، فإنه يُخشى أن تحدِث هذه الأحكام اختلافات في المواقف.

Ms. Nakian (United States of America) noted with satisfaction that the two Tribunals had implemented most of the recommendations contained in the previous report of OIOS (A/55/759) and had taken additional proactive steps to prevent abuses of the legal aid system established under their respective statutory authorities.
