1. The report on the outcome of the informal consultative groups included information concerning the establishment by the Director-General of an informal advisory group to assist him in making an informed decision on carrying forward the process of decentralization (IDB.28/7, paras. 12 and 13)
1- تضمن التقرير عن نتائج عمل أفرقة التشاور غير الرسمية معلومات تتعلق بقيام المدير العام بانشاء فريق استشاري غير رسمي لمساعدته في اتخاذ قرار مستنير بشأن المضي في عملية اللامركزة (الوثيقة IDB/28/7، الفقرتان 12 و 13).

Mr. FORNOCALDO (Managing Director, Division of Administration), introducing the item, said that chapter I of the Director-General's report on the outcome of the informal consultative groups (IBB.28/7) gave a synopsis of the activities of the informal consultative group on voluntary contributions and UNIDO membership since its establishment in June 2003.
