يحيط المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي علما بسحب طلب المنظمة غير الحكومية، نداء جنيف للحصول على المركز الاستشاري لدى المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي.

However, despite the assurances by Geneva Call to the effect that it would work in transparency, that it had no interest in working against States and that it endeavoured to operate in a fully collaborative manner with States, the organization had acted to the contrary.

At its 38th meeting, on 20 July 2007, the Economic and Social Council took note of the withdrawal of the application of the non-governmental organization Geneva Call for consultative status with the Council.
