Furthermore, while he welcomed the decision of the International Law Commission to publish a collection of essays by its members in English and French as a contribution to the Decade of International Law, an effort should be made to have the essays translated into, at least, the other official languages, to remove one of the most important obstacles to the dissemination of international law.
ثم إنه في سياق ترحيبه بقرار لجنة القانون الدولي نشر مجموعة مقالات أعضائها باللغتين الانكليزية والفرنسية كإسهام في عقد القانون الدولي، ذكر أنه ينبغي بذل جهد لترجمة هذه المقالات، وعلى اﻷقل الى اللغات الرسمية اﻷخرى، ﻹزالة واحدة من العقبات الهامة أمام نشر القانون الدولي.

The international community could facilitate that process, especially in developing countries, by providing capacity-building and technical assistance at the request of interested recipient Governments, and by fostering the wider dissemination of international law.
