228- تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على إتاحة نصوص العهد والملاحظات الختامية هذه للجمهور وكذلك للسلطات التشريعية والإدارية باللغات التي يستخدمها السكان ونشر العهد من خلال تدابير مناسبة حتى يكون كل شخص على وعي بحقوقه.
