1. Article 20 of the Regulations of the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund provides as follows:
١ - تنــص المــادة ٢٠ من نظام الصندوق المشترك للمعاشات التقاعدية لموظفي اﻷمم المتحدة على ما يلي:

As the Assembly will note, the Pension Board has proposed changes in the Regulations of the Fund which would be required if the methodology recommended by the Commission were approved by the General Assembly for implementation.
وكما ستلاحظ الجمعية العامة، فقد اقترح المجلس تغييرات في نظام الصندوق ستكون لازمة إذا ما وافقت الجمعية العامة على تنفيذ المنهجية التي أوصت بها اللجنة.

ويتألف الالتزام المالي للمفوضية قبل الصندوق من اشتراكها الإلزامي بالمعدل الذي تقرره الجمعية العامة فضلا عن أي نصيب من دفعات عجز إكتوارية بموجب المادة 26 من نظام الصندوق.

450. Compensation for pollution from ships’ bunkers. As noted in paragraphs 438 and 439, the 1992 CLC and Fund regime only covers oil pollution damage caused by the bunkers of oil tankers, whether laden or unladen.
