Resolute responses to the root causes of refugee movements, more effective and predictable responses to mass influx situations, improved reception policies and an environment generally more conducive to refugee protection would contribute to better implementation of the refugee protection regime.
والتصدي بحزم للأسباب الجذرية لتحركات اللاجئين، وتقديم حلول أكثر فعالية ويمكن التنبؤ بها لحالات تدفق اللاجئين بأعداد كبيرة، ووجود سياسات محسَّنة لاستقبال اللاجئين، وتهيئة بيئة تُفضي عموماً بدرجة أكبر إلى حمايتهم، هي أمور من شأنها أن تساهم في تنفيذ نظام حماية اللاجئين تنفيذا أفضل.
