1. The purpose of the present note is to assist the International Seabed Authority Council by presenting a summary of the procedure for the consideration by the Legal and Technical Commission and the Council of applications for approval of plans of work for the exploration for polymetallic nodules in the Area.
1 - الغرض من هذه المذكرة هو مساعدة مجلس السلطة الدولية لقاع البحار عن طريق تقديم موجز لإجراءات نظر اللجنة القانونية والتقنية في الطلبات المقدمة للموافقة على خطط عمل لاستكشاف العقيدات المتعددة الفلزات في المنطقة.
