The support of development partners is needed to complement the efforts of landlocked developing countries to establish and maintain effective transit transport systems, integration into the world economy, structural transformation of their economies and enhancement of their productive capacities.
67 - وهنالك حاجة لدعم الشركاء في التنمية من أجل استكمال الجهود التي تبذلها البلدان النامية غير الساحلية لإنشاء وتعهّدِ نظم نقل عابر فعاّلة، وللاندماج في الاقتصاد العالمي، ولإحداث تحول هيكلي في اقتصاداتها، ولتعزيز قدراتها الإنتاجية.

79. It is stressed that the support of development partners is needed to complement the landlocked developing countries' own efforts to establish and maintain effective transit transport systems, integrate into the world economy, structurally transform their economies and enhance their productive capacities.
٧٩ - وجرى التأكيد على أن دعم الشركاء في التنمية مطلوب لاستكمال الجهود التي تبذلها البلدان النامية غير الساحلية لإنشاء وتعهد نظم نقل عابر فعالة، وللاندماج في الاقتصاد العالمي، ولإحداث تحول هيكلي في اقتصاداتها ولتعزيز قدراتها الإنتاجية.
