Any annexes adopted after the entry into force of this Protocol shall be restricted to lists, forms and any other material of a descriptive nature that is of a scientific, technical, procedural or administrative character.
وأية مرفقات تعتمد بعد بدء نفاذ هذا البروتوكول تكون قاصرة على القوائم والاستمارات وأي مادة أخرى ذات طبيعة وصفية ولها طابع علمي أو تقني أو إجرائي أو إداري.

“(ii) have effects which continue beyond the entry into force of this Protocol and those effects themselves appear to constitute a violation of a right recognized in the Covenant.
" `٢` لها آثار مستمرة بعد بدء نفاذ هذا البروتوكول ويبدو أن تلك اﻵثار تشكل انتهاكا لحق معترف به في العهد؛

The secretariat shall convene the first meeting of the Parties not later than one year after the date of the entry into force of this Protocol and in conjunction with a meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention.
وتعقد اﻷمانة الاجتماع اﻷول لﻷطراف في موعد لا يتجاوز مدة سنة واحدة من تاريخ بدء نفاذ هذا البروتوكول وبالتزامن مع اجتماع لمؤتمر اﻷطراف في الاتفاقية.

Each Annex [I][_] Party within six months of the entry into force of this Protocol for that Party, shall communicate to the Conference of the Parties, through the secretariat, the following information:

2. A High Contracting Party may defer compliance with the prohibition of transfer for a period not exceeding 5 years from the entry into force of this Protocol.
2- يجوز للطرف المتعاقد السامي تأجيل الامتثال لأحكام حظر النقل وذلك لفترة لا تتجاوز 5 سنوات من بدء نفاذ هذا البروتوكول.

٢- يعاد تقييم هذا الاستخدام في موعد لا يتجاوز سنتين بعد تاريخ بدء نفاذ هذا البروتوكول.

The Committee notes with satisfaction that the ratification allowed for the entry into force of the Protocol on 1 June 2010.
وتلاحظ اللجنة مع الارتياح أن التصديق قد أفسح المجال أمام بدء نفاذ هذا البروتوكول اعتبارا من 1 حزيران/يونيه 2010.

Each such Party shall submit the information required under paragraph 2 above as part of the first national communication due under the Convention after this Protocol has entered into force for it and after the adoption of guidelines as provided for in paragraph 4 below.
ويقوم كل طرف بتقديم المعلومات المطلوبة بموجب الفقرة ٢ أعلاه كجزء من البلاغ الوطني اﻷول المستحق بموجب الاتفاقية بعد بدء نفاذ هذا البروتوكول بالنسبة إلى ذلك الطرف وبعد اعتماد المبادئ التوجيهية المنصوص عليها في الفقرة ٤ أدناه.

1. The Committee shall have competence solely in respect of violations by the State party of any of the rights set forth in the Convention and/or its first two Optional Protocols, which occurred after the entry into force of this optional protocol.
1- لا يكون للجنة اختصاص إلا فيما يتعلق بالانتهاكات التي ترتكبها الدولة الطرف لأي حق من الحقوق المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية و/أو في بروتوكوليها الاختياريين الأولين والتي تكون قد وقعت بعد تاريخ بدء نفاذ هذا البروتوكول.
