Existing explosive remnants of war means explosive remnants of war that existed prior to the entry into force of this Instrument or ratification of this Instrument, whichever is the later, as stipulated in Article 5 of this Convention.
5- ويقصد بالمتفجرات الموجودة من مخلفات الحرب المتفجرات التي كانت موجودة قبل بدء نفاذ هذا الصك أو التصديق عليه، أيهما يأتي بعد الآخر، مثلما تنص على ذلك المادة 5 من هذه الاتفاقية.

2. The offence of enforced disappearance shall be deemed to be included as an extraditable offence in any extradition treaty existing between States Parties before the entry into force of [this instrument].
2- تعتبر جريمة الاختفاء القسري بحكم القانون جريمة من الجرائم الموجبة للتسليم في كل معاهدة تسليم تبرم بين دول أطراف قبل بدء نفاذ [هذا الصك].

4. Each Party with known and identified mercury stocks or mining resources that decides at the date of entry into force of this Instrument to renounce the exploitation and promotion of its resources shall be entitled to fair and equitable financial compensation.
4 - يحق لكل طرف لديه مخزونات أو موارد تعدين للزئبق معروفة ومحددة يقرر في تاريخ بدء نفاذ هذا الصك بالنسبة له أن يتخلى عن استغلال موارده وعن تعزيزها أن يحصل على تعويض مالي عادل ومنصف.

1. No later than five years after the entry into force of this Instrument Parties shall devise implementation plans with a view to complying with their obligations under this Convention;
