3 - تعيد تأكيد أن الحوار بين الثقافات والحضارات ييسر التشجيع على قيام ثقافة قوامها التسامح واحترام التنوع، وترحب في هذا الصدد بعقد عدة مؤتمرات واجتماعات على كل من الصعيد الوطني والإقليمي والدولي بشأن الحوار بين الحضارات؛

3. Reaffirms that dialogue among cultures and civilizations facilitates the promotion of a culture of tolerance and respect for diversity, and welcomes in this regard the holding of conferences and meetings at the national, regional and international levels on dialogue among civilizations;
3 - تعيد تأكيد أن الحوار بين الثقافات والحضارات ييسر قيام ثقافة قوامها التسامح واحترام التنوع، وترحب في هذا الصدد بعقد مؤتمرات واجتماعات على الصعد الوطني والإقليمي والدولي بشأن الحوار بين الحضارات؛

Recalling paragraph 46 of its resolution 63/112, and welcoming in this regard the convening by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations of the Expert Consultation on Flag State Performance, held in Rome from 23 to 26 June 2009,
وإذ تشير إلى الفقرة 46 من قرارها 63/112، وإذ ترحب في هذا الصدد بعقد منظمة الأمم المتحدة للأغذية والزراعة مشاورة الخبراء بشأن أداء دول العلم في روما في الفترة من 23 إلى 26 حزيران/يونيه 2009،

3. Reaffirms that dialogue among cultures and civilizations facilitates the promotion of a culture of tolerance and respect for diversity, and welcomes in this regard the holding of conferences and meetings at the national, regional and international levels on dialogue among civilizations;

Recalling also paragraph 66 of resolution 64/72, and welcoming in this regard the convening by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations of the Technical Consultation to Identify a Structure and Strategy for the Development and Implementation of the Global Record of Fishing Vessels, Refrigerated Transport Vessels and Supply Vessels, in Rome from 8 to 12 November 2010,
وإذ تشير أيضا إلى الفقرة 66 من القرار 64/72، وإذ ترحب في هذا الصدد بعقد منظمة الأمم المتحدة للأغذية والزراعة المشاورة التقنية لتحديد هيكل واستراتيجية لإعداد السجل العالمي لسفن الصيد وسفن النقل المبردة وسفن التموين وتطبيقه في روما في الفترة من 8 إلى 12 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2010؛
