The operational objectives set by this decision (advocacy, awareness raising and education; policy framework; science, technology and knowledge; capacity building; and financing and technology transfer) are, without exception, closely linked to the roles of the IGOs and the United Nations organizations in the UNCCD processes, as laid down by the Convention and mentioned above.
وتتَّصل الأهداف التنفيذية الموضوعة بموجب هذا المقرَّر (الدعوة والتوعية والتثقيف؛ الإطار السياساتي؛ العلم والتكنولوجيا والمعرفة؛ بناء القدرات؛ التمويل ونقل التكنولوجيا) اتصالاً وثيقاً، دون استثناء، بأدوار المنظمات الحكومية الدولية ومنظمات الأمم المتحدة في عمليات الاتفاقية، على النحو المقرَّر فيها والمذكور أعلاه.

18. Accordingly, no additional appropriation is requested as a result of the adoption of the decision.

(c) Decided to adopt the amendment to the Financial Regulations of UNIDO as set out in the annex to the present decision.

Decides to submit the summary of the report on the assessment of alternatives to perfluorooctane sulfonic acid, its salts and perfluorooctane sulfonyl fluoride set out in the annex to the present decision, together with the full assessment report and fact sheets on nine of the alternatives assessed, to the Conference of the Parties for consideration at its seventh meeting;
