6 - وكذلك يدعو الدول التي لم تقم بإبرام اتفاقات لإنفاذ الأحكام الصادرة بحق الأشخاص الذين تدينهم المحكمة الدولية أو لم تقبل بأية صورة أخرى قضاء المدانين الأحكام الصادرة بحقهم في إقليم كل منها والقادرة على ذلك، أن تنظر في إبرام مثل هذه الاتفاقات أو قبول هؤلاء الأشخاص؛

In the absence of such agreements and arrangements between States Parties, this Convention shall be considered the basis for cooperation in preventing and combating corruption and related offences.
وإذا لم تكن مثل هذه الاتفاقات أو الترتيبات قائمة بين الدول الأطراف، تعتبر هذه الاتفاقية هي أساس التعاون في منع ومكافحة الفساد والجرائم المتصلة به.
