2. Each State Party undertakes to destroy or ensure the destruction of all cluster munitions referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article as soon as possible but not later than eight years after the entry into force of this Convention for that State Party.

Armenia welcomes the entry into force of the Convention and sees it as an important step forward in the total elimination of an entire category of excessively injurious conventional weapons.
وترحب أرمينيا بدخول هذه الاتفاقية حيز النفاذ وترى أنها تمثل خطوة هامة إلى الأمام صوب القضاء التام على فئة كاملة من الأسلحة التقليدية المفرطة الضرر.

The entry into force of that Convention would be a significant contribution to the promotion and protection of the rights of migrant workers.
