Such organizations shall declare, in their instruments of formal confirmation or accession, the extent of their competence with respect to matters governed by the Convention and this Protocol.
وتعلن تلك المنظمات، في صكوك إقرارها الرسمي أو انضمامها، نطاق اختصاصها فيما يتعلق بالمسائل التي تحكمها هذه الاتفاقية وهذا البروتوكول.

5. Taking into account the responsibility and liability of the Authority pursuant to article 22 of Annex III to the Convention, the Authority may take such action as may be appropriate against any person who, by reason of his or her duties for the Authority, has access to any confidential data and information and who is in breach of the obligations relating to confidentiality contained in the Convention and these Regulations.
5 - يجوز للسلطة، مع مراعاة مسؤوليتها والتزامها بموجب المادة 22 من المرفق الثالث للاتفاقية، أن تتخذ ما تراه مناسبا من إجراءات ضد أي شخص أطلع على أي بيانات أو معلومات سرية، بحكم ما يضطلع به من واجبات مع السلطة، وأخل بالالتزامات المتصلة بالسرية، المنصوص عليها في هذه الاتفاقية وهذا النظام.

5 - يجوز للسلطة، مع مراعاة مسؤوليتها والتزامها بموجب المادة 22 من المرفق الثالث للاتفاقية، أن تتخذ ما تراه مناسبا من إجراءات ضد أي شخص أطلع على أي بيانات أو معلومات سرية، بحكم ما يضطلع به من واجبات مع السلطة، وأخل بالالتزامات المتصلة بالسرية، المنصوص عليها في هذه الاتفاقية وهذا النظام.

1. " Regional integration organization " shall mean an organization constituted by sovereign States of a given region, to which its Member States have transferred competence in respect of matters governed by the Convention and this Protocol.
1 - يقصد بـتعبير ' ' منظمة التكامل الإقليمية`` منظمة تشكلها الدول ذات السيادة في منطقة ما وتنقل إليها الدول الأعضاء فيها الاختصاص فيما يتعلق بالمسائل التي تحكمها هذه الاتفاقية وهذا البروتوكول.
