يمنح قانون الجنسية المرأة الأجنبية التي اتخذت الجنسية اللبنانية بعد وفاة زوجها اللبناني، أن تعطي هذه الجنسية لأولادها القصر، وبهذا يعطي القانون امتيازاً للمرأة الأجنبية على المرأة اللبنانية وامتيازا للأولاد القاصرين من أم أجنبية حازت الجنسية اللبنانية على الأولاد القاصرين من أم لبنانية الأصل.
