2- لا يخل سحب إعلان مقدم بموجب المادة 22 من الاتفاقية بالنظر في أي مسألة تشكل موضوع شكوى سبقت إحالتها بمقتضى تلك المادة، ولا يجوز تسلم أي شكوى أخرى مقدمة من أي فرد أو باسمه بموجب هذه المادة بعد تسلم الأمين العام إخطار سحب الإعلان، ما لم تكن الدولة الطرف المعنية قد أصدرت إعلاناً جديداً.

" (i) Judgements entered by the competent court under this article after trial, or by default, shall, when they have become enforceable under the law applied by that court, become enforceable in the territory of any of the other Contracting Parties as soon as the formalities required by the Contracting Party concerned have been complied with.
" ' ط` متى أصبحت الأحكام التي تصدرها المحكمة المختصة بموجب هذه المادة بعد إجراء محاكمة أو غيابا قابلة للإنفاذ بموجب القانون الذي تطبقه المحكمة، تصبح قابلة للإنفاذ في إقليم أي طرف من الأطراف الأخـرى حال استيفــاء الشكليــات التي يتطلبها الطرف المتعاقد المعني.

(b) Upon the receipt of a complaint or appeal under this article after presentation of submissions in those cases where there is no standstill period applied by the procurement entity prior to the entry into force of a procurement contract or framework agreement.
(ب) عند تلقي شكوى أو استئناف بمقتضى هذه المادة بعد تقديم العروض في الحالات التي لا تطبق فيها الجهة المشترية فترة توقُّف قبل بدء نفاذ عقد الاشتراء أو الاتفاق الإطاري.

(c) The Committee shall deal with a matter referred to it in accordance with paragraph 2 of this article after it has ascertained that all available domestic remedies have been invoked and exhausted in the case, in conformity with the generally recognized principles of international law.
(ج) تتناول اللجنة مسألة تحال إليها وفقاً للفقرة 2 من هذه المادة بعد أن تتأكد من أنه تم اللجوء إلى جميع وسائل الانتصاف المحلية المتوفرة بالنسبة لهذه القضية واستنفادها، وفقاً لمبادئ القانون الدولي المعترف بها عموماً.
