If the formal requirements of the article are not fulfilled, the Registrar may require the respondent to conform the answer to the requirements of the present article within a specified time.
وإذا لم تستوف المقتضيات الشكلية المنصوص عليها في المادة، لأمين السجل أن يطلب إلى المدعى عليه أن يعمل على استيفاء الرد لمقتضيات هذه المادة في غضون أجل محدد.

6. The decision of the procuring entity under paragraph 5 of this article shall be issued within ... working days [the enacting State specifies the period] after receipt of the application.

وإذا كان الطرف المتعاقد السامي غير قادر على الامتثال للفقرة 2 من هذه المادة في غضون الفترة التي أعلنها، جاز له أن يخطر الوديع بأنه سيمدد فترة تأجيل الامتثال هذه مدةً تصل إلى 4 سنوات إضافية.

2. If the difference is not settled in accordance with paragraph 1 of this Article within three months following a written request by one of the parties to the difference, it shall, at the request of either party, be referred to an arbitral tribunal according to the procedure set forth in paragraphs 3 to 6 of this article.
2 - إذا لم تتم تسوية الخلاف وفقا للفقرة 1 من هذه المادة في غضون ثلاثة أشهر من تقديم أحد طرفي الخلاف طلبا مكتوبا، يحال الخلاف، بناء على طلب أي من الطرفين، إلى محكمة تحكيم وفق الإجراء المبين في الفقرات من 3 إلى 6 من هذه المادة.

According to article 126 (5) of the Constitution, " [t]he Supreme Court shall hear and finally dispose of any petition or reference under this Article within two months of the filing of such petition or the making of such reference " .
وتنص المادة 126(5) من الدستور على أن " المحكمة العليا تنظر وتبت بصفة نهائية في أي التماس أو إحالة بموجب هذه المادة في غضون شهرين من تقديم الالتماس أو الإحالة " .

In case a High Contracting Party is unable to comply with paragraph 1 of this Article within that transition period, it may notify a Conference of the High Contracting Parties that, it will extend this period of deferred compliance for a period of up to X additional years.
وفي حال عدم تمكن طرف متعاقد سام من الامتثال لأحكام الفقرة 1 من هذه المادة في غضون تلك الفترة الانتقالية، جاز له إخطار مؤتمر للأطراف المتعاقدة السامية بأنه سيمدد فترة تأجيل الامتثال هذه لفترة تصل إلى (س) سنوات إضافية.

In case a High Contracting Party is unable to comply with paragraph 1 of this Article within that transition period, it may notify a Conference of the High Contracting Parties that, it will extend this period of deferred compliance for a period of up to X additional years.
وفي حالة عدم تمكن طرف متعاقد سام من الامتثال لأحكام الفقرة 1 من هذه المادة في غضون تلك الفترة الانتقالية، جاز له إخطار مؤتمر للأطراف المتعاقدة السامية بأنه سيمدد فترة تأجيل الامتثال هذه لفترة تصل إلى (س) سنوات إضافية.

In case a High Contracting Party is unable to comply with paragraph 1 of this Article within that transition period, it may notify a Conference of the High Contracting Parties that, it will extend this period of deferred compliance for a period of up to four (4) additional years.
وفي حالة عدم تمكن طرف متعاقد سام من الامتثال لأحكام الفقرة 1 من هذه المادة في غضون تلك الفترة الانتقالية، جاز له إخطار مؤتمر للأطراف المتعاقدة السامية بأنه سيمدد فترة تأجيل الامتثال هذه لفترة تصل إلى أربع (4) سنوات إضافية.

(4) If the procuring entity does not give notice to the applicant as required in paragraphs (3) (c) and (8) of this Article within the time-limit specified in paragraph (3) of this article, or if the applicant is dissatisfied with the decision so notified, the applicant may immediately thereafter commence proceedings in the [name of independent body] under article 66 of this Law or in the [name of court or courts].
(4) إذا لم تُوجِّه الجهة المشترية إشعارا إلى مقدِّم الطلب بحسب مقتضيات الفقرتين (3) (ج) و(8) من هذه المادة في غضون الفترة الزمنية المحددة في الفقرة (3) من هذه المادة، أو إذا كان مقدِّم الطلب غير راض عن القرار الذي بُلِّغ به، جاز له بعد ذلك أن يباشر على الفور إجراءات لدى [يدرج هنا اسم الهيئة المستقلة] بموجب المادة 66 من هذا القانون أو لدى [يدرج هنا اسم المحكمة أو أسماء المحاكم ].

4. If the procuring entity does not give notice to the applicant as required in paragraphs 3 (c) and 8 of this Article within the time-limit specified in paragraph 3 of this article, or if the applicant is dissatisfied with the decision so notified, the applicant may immediately thereafter commence proceedings [in the [name of the independent body] under article 67 of this Law or in the [name of the court or courts]].
4- إذا لم تُوجِّه الجهة المشترية إشعارا إلى مقدِّم الطلب بحسب مقتضيات الفقرة 3 (ج) والفقرة 8 من هذه المادة في غضون الفترة الزمنية المحددة في الفقرة 3 من هذه المادة، أو إذا كان مقدِّم الطلب غير راض عن القرار الذي بُلِّغ به، جاز له بعد ذلك أن يباشر على الفور إجراءات [لدى [يُدرَجُ هنا اسم الهيئة المستقلة] بموجب المادة 67 من هذا القانون أو لدى [يُدرَجُ هنا اسم المحكمة أو أسماء المحاكم]].
