13. At its 1420th meeting, on 14 July 1993, on the proposal of the Chairman, the Special Committee decided, without objection, to continue consideration of the question at its next session, subject to any directives that the General Assembly might give in that connection at its forty-eighth session.
١٣ - في الجلسة ١٤٢٠ المعقودة في ١٤ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٣، قررت اللجنة الخاصة، بناء على اقتراح الرئيس، ودون اعتراض، أن تواصل النظر في هذه المسألة في دورتها المقبلة مع مراعاة أية توجيهات قد تصدرها في ذلك الصدد، الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثامنة واﻷربعين.

9. The Special Committee decided to continue consideration of the question at its next session, subject to any directives that the General Assembly might give at its sixty-ninth session.
9 - قررت اللجنة الخاصة، رهناً بأية توجيهات قد تصدرها الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة والستين، مواصلة النظر في هذه المسألة في دورتها المقبلة.

واتفقت على مواصلة النظر في هذه المسألة في دورتها المقبلة بهدف إحالة مشروع النص على مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو لكي ينظر فيه في دورته الثامنة.

The Committee requested the Secretariat to review decision-making procedures to ensure that efficient operational decisions can be made by the Force Commander and the Police Commissioner, and requests that the Secretariat report to it on this matter at its next session.
وتطلب اللجنة الخاصة إلى الأمانة العامة أن تراجع إجراءات صنع القرارات لكفالة أن يكون في الإمكان أن يتخذ قائد القوة ومفوض الشرطة القرارات الفعالة بشأن العمليات، وتطلب أن تقدم الأمانة العامة إليها تقارير عن هذه المسألة في دورتها المقبلة.

18. At its 1421st meeting, on 14 July 1993, the Special Committee decided, without objection, to continue its consideration of the question at its next session, subject to any directives that the General Assembly might give in that connection at its forty-eighth session and, in order to facilitate consideration of the question by the Fourth Committee, to transmit the relevant documentation to the Assembly.
١٨ - في الجلسة ١٤٢١، المعقودة في ١٤ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٣، قررت اللجنة الخاصة دون اعتراض، أن تواصل نظرها في هذه المسألة في دورتها المقبلة مع مراعاة أية توجيهات قد تصدرها في هذا الصدد الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثامنة واﻷربعين، وأن تحيل الوثائق ذات الصلة إلى الجمعية العامة تيسيرا لنظر اللجنة الرابعة في هذه المسألة.

Taking into account the complexity as well as the far-reaching political implications of the subject, the Committee agreed to continue discussion on this matter at its next session, with a view to deciding on a recommendation to COP 1.
٦١- ومع أخذ اللجنة في الحسبان تعقيد هذا الموضوع وما يترتب عليه من آثار بعيدة المدى، وافقت اللجنة على مواصلة مناقشة هذه المسألة في دورتها المقبلة لاتخاذ قرار بشأن تقديم توصية الى مؤتمر اﻷطراف في دورته اﻷولى.
