Article 2A of the Protocol provides that in 2005, a Party such as Greece that is not operating under Article 5 of the Protocol may produce CFCs in an amount not exceeding fifty per cent of its annual average production of those controlled substances for basic domestic needs in the period 1995 - 1997 inclusive.
وتنص المادة 2 ألف من البروتوكول على أن طرفاً مثل اليونان لا يعمل بموجب المادة 5 من البروتوكول يمكنه أن ينتج في 2005 كمية من مركبات الكربون الكلورية فلورية لا تتجاوز خمسين في المائة من متوسط إنتاجه السنوي من هذه المواد الخاضعة للرقابة للحاجات المحلية الأساسية للفترة من 1995 إلى 1997 (شاملة تلك السنة).
