(d) Each Staff Council, Staff Committee or corresponding staff representative body shall have use of telephone and cable/facsimile communication facilities;
)د( يتاح لكل مجلس موظفين أو لجنة موظفين أو هيئة تمثيل موظفين مماثلة استخدام مرافق الاتصالات الهاتفية والبرقية/الفاكس؛

(ii) Three members and as many alternates as those appointed under subparagraph (i) above, who shall be selected by the appropriate staff representative body;

(a) Staff representatives shall be entitled to attend established meetings of the Staff Council or corresponding staff representative body.
)أ( يحق لممثلي الموظفين حضور الاجتماعات المقررة لمجلس الموظفين أو هيئة تمثيل الموظفين المماثلة.

(c) Each Staff Council, Staff Committee or corresponding staff representative body at designated duty stations shall be provided with secretarial assistance, office space and supplies as may be necessary for the proper discharge of their functions;
)ج( يوفر لكل مجلس موظفين أو لجنة موظفين أو هيئة تمثيل موظفين مماثلة ما قد يلزمها من المساعدة المتعلقة بخدمات اﻷمانة وحيز المكاتب واللوازم من أجل الاضطلاع بمهامها على الوجه المناسب؛

(d) Each Staff Council, Staff Committee or corresponding staff representative body shall have use of telephone and cable/facsimile communication facilities;
)د( يتاح لكل مجلس موظفين أو لجنة موظفين أو هيئة تمثيل موظفين مماثلة استخدام مرافق الاتصالات الهاتفية والاتصالات السلكية واتصالات المبرقة الضوئية )الفاكسميلي(؛

(b) The President or Chairman of the Executive Committee of each Staff Council or corresponding staff representative body at the above-mentioned duty stations, if he or she so requests, can be released from assigned duties during his or her term of office.
)ب( يمكن إعفاء رئيس اللجنة التنفيذية لكل مجلس موظفين أو هيئة تمثيل موظفين مماثلة في مراكز العمل المذكورة أعلاه، بناء على طلبه، من الواجبات الموكلة إليه، خلال فترة تولي ذلك المنصب.

(b) Each member of the staff may participate in elections to a staff representative body, and all staff serving at a duty station where a staff representative body exists shall be eligible for election to it, subject to any exceptions as may be provided in the electoral regulations drawn up by the staff representative body concerned and meeting the requirements of regulation 8.1 (b).
)ب( يجوز لكل موظف الاشتراك في انتخابات إحدى الهيئات الممثلة للموظفين، كما يكون جميع الموظفين العاملين بمركز عمل يضم هيئة ممثلة للموظفين أن يرشحوا أنفسهم للانتخابات فيها، وذلك رهنا بمراعاة أي استثناءات ينص عليها نظام الانتخابات الذي تضعه هيئة تمثيل الموظفين المعنية واستيفاء شروط البند ٨/١ )ب(.

(c) Polling officers selected by the staff shall conduct the election of the members of each staff representative body, on the basis of the electoral regulations of the staff representative body concerned, in such a way as to ensure the complete secrecy and fairness of the vote.
)ج( يتولى فارزو اﻷصوات، الذين يختارهم الموظفون، إجراء انتخابات أعضاء كل هيئة من الهيئات الممثلة للموظفين، على أساس نظام الانتخابات المعمول به في هيئة تمثيل الموظفين المعنية، وبطريقة تضمن السرية والعدالة الكاملتين في التصويت.

(e) Each Staff Council, Staff Committee or corresponding staff representative body shall be accorded facilities for reproduction and distribution of notices, bulletins and other documents required for the proper discharge of their functions, subject to compliance with the procedures and considerations governing the use of such facilities.
)ﻫ( يتاح لكل مجلس موظفين أو لجنة موظفين أو هيئة تمثيل موظفين مماثلة تسهيلات استنساخ وتوزيع اﻹخطارات والنشرات وغيرها من الوثائق اللازمة للاضطلاع بوظائفها على الوجه المناسب رهنا بالتقيد باﻹجراءات والاعتبارات التي تنظم استخدام هذه المرافق.

(e) For those panels established at other duty stations pursuant to article 4 of this statute, one member and one alternate member shall be appointed by the Secretary-General in the same manner as indicated in subparagraph (c) above; one member and one alternate member shall be appointed from a list of four staff members presented by the staff representative body at the duty station concerned.
)ﻫ( بالنسبة لﻷفرقة المنشأة في مقار عمل أخرى عملا بالمادة ٤ من هذا النظام اﻷساسي، يعين اﻷمين العام عضوا وعضوا مناوبا بنفس الطريقة المبينة في الفقرة الفرعية )ج( أعلاه ويعين عضوا وعضوا مناوبا يختارهم من قائمة تضم أربعة موظفين تقدمها هيئة تمثيل الموظفين في مقر العمل المعني.
