(ب) قبول وتيسير قيام المعوقين في معاملاتهم الرسمية باستعمال لغة الإشارة وطريقة " بريل " وطرق الاتصال المعززة البديلة، وجميع وسائل وطرق وأشكال الاتصال الأخرى سهلة المنال التي يختارونها بأنفسهم؛

This growing body of interests is characteristic of extended and distributed networks essential to the work, organizational relationships and forms of communication within modern societies.

States parties must facilitate access to Braille, other alternative scripts, augmentative and alternative modes, diverse means and formats of communication, orientation and mobility skills, peer support and mentoring, as well as the learning of sign language, and promotion of the linguistic identity of the deaf community.

All information pertaining to work, advertisements of job offers, selection processes and communication at the workplace that is part of the work process must be accessible through sign language, Braille, accessible electronic formats, alternative script, augmentative and alternative modes, means and formats of communication.

States Parties shall take all appropriate measures to ensure that persons with disabilities can exercise their right to freedom of expression and opinion, including the freedom to seek, receive and impart information and ideas on an equal basis with others and through sign languages, Braille, augmentative and alternative communication, and all other accessible means, modes and formats of communication of their choice, including by:

1. The use of sign languages, Braille, tactile, plain-language, augmentative and alternative communication and other accessible methods of communication of their choice by persons with disabilities shall be facilitated, including with the assistance of support providers, in respect of activities related to the Committee.
1- يُيسَّر استعمال الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، بمساعدة من مقدمي الدعم، لغات الإشارة وطريقة برايل والاتصال عن طريق اللّمس واللغة المبسَّطة وطرق الاتصال المعززة والبديلة وغيرها من سبل وأشكال الاتصال المتاحة التي يختارونها بأنفسهم فيما يتعلق بالأنشطة المتصلة بعمل اللجنة.

228. Article 47, paragraph 11, of the Constitution provides for access to alternative mechanisms, media and forms of communication, including sign language for the deaf, oralism and texts in Braille.
