2. Strongly condemns the prevailing impunity for attacks and violence against journalists, and expresses grave concern that the vast majority of these crimes go unpunished, which in turn contributes to the recurrence of these crimes;

9 - تهيب بالدول أن تتعاون مع كيانات الأمم المتحدة المعنية، ولا سيما منظمة الأمم المتحدة للتربية والعلم والثقافة، وكذلك آليات حقوق الإنسان الدولية والإقليمية وتتبادل المعلومات على أساس طوعي بشأن حالة التحقيقات في الاعتداءات وأعمال العنف الموجهة ضد الصحفيين؛

Measures should include policies and programmes geared towards overcoming hatred and prejudice against homosexuals and sensitizing public officials and the general public to crimes and acts of violence directed against members of sexual minorities.
وينبغي للتدابير التي تتخذ أن تشمل السياسات والبرامج الموجهة إلى التغلب على الكراهية والتحامل ضد اللواطيين والسحاقيات وتوعية المسؤولين العامين والجمهور بوجه عام بالجرائم وأعمال العنف الموجهة ضد أفراد الأقليات الجنسية.

(10) The Committee is concerned at reports of discrimination, hate speech and acts of violence directed at lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) persons and violation of their rights to freedom of expression and assembly.
