The present report is submitted in response to Assembly resolution 55/219, in which it requested the Secretary-General to report to it at its fifty-sixth session on the implementation of the resolution and to include in his report on the activities of the Institute detailed information on the financial flows of the Trust Fund and the utilization of the resources of the Institute.

65. The General Assembly, in its resolution 61/246, requested the Secretary-General to report to the Assembly on procurement management and to include in his report an assessment of the internal controls of the United Nations organizations and how they differ from those of the Procurement Division.
