وأود أن أذكر اﻷعضاء بأنه وفقا للمقرر ٤٠١/٣٤، فإن البيانات التي يدلي بها ممارسة لحق الرد ينبغي أن تحدد بمدة عشر دقائق للمرة اﻷولى وخمس دقائق للمرة الثانية، وينبغي أن تدلي بها الوفود من مقاعدها.

ولقد تم في اللجنة الخامسة توضيح مواقف الوفود فيما يتعلق بتوصيات اللجنة، وهي واردة في المحاضر الرسمية ذات الصلة، وأود أن أذكر اﻷعضاء بأنه وفقا للفقرة ٧ من المقرر ٣٤/٤٠١، توافق الجمعية العامة على أن:

وأود أن أذكر اﻷعضاء بأنه بمقتضى الفقرة ٧ من المقرر ٣٤/٠١٤ وافقت الجمعية على أن: »تقتصر الوفود، قدر اﻹمكان، حين ينظر في مشروع القرار نفسه في إحدى اللجان الرئيسية وفي جلسة عامة، على تعليل تصويتها مرة واحدة، أي أما في اللجنة أو في الجلسة العامة، ما لم يكن تصويت الوفد في الجلسة العامة مختلفا عن تصويته في اللجنة«.
