وإذ تشير إلى انعقاد الحلقة الدراسية الإقليمية لمنطقة البحر الكاريبي لعام 2003 في أنغيلا، وهي المرة الأولى التي انعقدت فيها الحلقة الدراسية في إقليم من الأقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي، وإلى رغبة حكومة الإقليم وشعب أنغيلا في أن توفد اللجنة الخاصة إلى الإقليم بعثة من البعثات الزائرة،

recalling the convening of the international conference held at Annapolis, United States of America, on 27 November 2007, in particular the decision by the parties to launch meaningful, direct negotiations towards the achievement of a just, lasting and peaceful settlement of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and ultimately the Arab-Israeli conflict as a whole for the realization of a comprehensive peace in the Middle East,
وإذ تشير إلى انعقاد المؤتمر الدولي في أنابوليس، الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، في 27 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2007، وبخاصة قرار الطرفين الشروع في مفاوضات هادفة ومباشرة من أجل تحقيق تسوية سلمية عادلة ودائمة للصراع الإسرائيلي الفلسطيني وللصراع العربي الإسرائيلي ككل في نهاية المطاف بهدف إحلال سلام شامل في الشرق الأوسط،

recalling the holding of the Beijing International Renewable Energy Conference on 7 and 8 November 2005, in the follow-up to the International Conference for Renewable Energies, held in Bonn, Germany, from 1 to 4 June 2004, and noting the offer of the Government of the United States of America to convene the Washington International Renewable Energy Conference from 6 to 8 March 2008,
وإذ تشير إلى انعقاد مؤتمر بيجين الدولي المعني بالطاقة المتجددة يومي 7 و 8 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2005، على سبيل المتابعة للمؤتمر الدولي لمصادر الطاقة المتجددة المعقود في بون، ألمانيا، في الفترة من 1 إلى 4 حزيران/يونيه 2004، وإذ تلاحظ عرض حكومة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية عقد مؤتمر واشنطن الدولي المعني بالطاقة المتجددة في الفترة من 6 إلى 8 آذار/مارس 2008،
