وإذ يلاحظ مع الأسف أن إسرائيل، وهي السلطة القائمة بالاحتلال، لم تنفِّذ حتى الآن هذين القرارين وعرقلت إيفاد البعثات العاجلة لتقصي الحقائق المنصوص عليها فيهما،

Also noting with regret that the 10th anniversary of the demolition of the Babri Masjid has passed without concrete steps being taken towards rebuilding of the Masjid or punishing those responsible for the sacrilegious act of its destruction;
وإذ يلاحظ مع الأسف أن حلول الذكرى العاشرة لتدمير المسجد البابري قد مرت دون القيام بأية خطوات ملموسة لإعادة بناء المسجد ومعاقبة المسؤولين عن أعمال التدنيس والهدم.

Also noting with regret that the 10th anniversary of the Babri Masjid has passed without concrete steps being taken towards rebuilding of the Masjid or punishing those responsible for the sacrilegious act of its destruction;
وإذ يلاحظ مع الأسف أن حلول الذكرى العاشرة لتدمير المسجد البابري قد مرت دون القيام بأية خطوات ملموسة لإعادة بناء المسجد ومعاقبة المسؤولين عن أعمال التدنيس والهدم.

Noting, with regret, the failure to date to implement the 8 July 2006 Agreement, and urging the leaders of both communities to act to start the process without delay in order to prepare the ground for fully-fledged negotiations leading to a comprehensive and durable settlement,
وإذ يلاحظ مع الأسف أن اتفاق 8 تموز/يوليه 2006 لم ينفذ حتى الآن، ويحث زعيمي الطائفتين على العمل من أجل الشروع في العملية دون تأخير بغية التمهيد لإجراء مفاوضات كاملة تؤدي إلى تسوية شاملة ودائمة،

noting with regret that the policy of subsidy practiced by certain developed countries to support their cotton producers results in the fall of the commodity price of cotton in the international market penalizing the poorest cotton producer countries by drastically reducing their export revenues;
وإذ يلاحظ مع الأسف أن سياسة الإعانات التي تنتهجها بعض البلدان المتقدمة لدعم منتجي القطن تؤدي إلى انهيار السعر السلعي للقطن في السوق الدولية بما يضر بالبلدان المنتجة للقطن الأكثر فقرا بتخفيض مداخيلها من الصادرات بشكل حاد،

noting with regret that the policy of subsidy practiced by certain developed countries to support their cotton producers results in the fall of the commodity price of cotton in the international market penalizing the poorest cotton producer countries by drastically reducing their export revenues;
وإذ يلاحظ مع الأسف أن سياسة الإعانات التي تنتهجها بعض البلدان المتقدمة لدعم منتجي القطن تؤدي إلى انهيار السعر السلعي للقطن في السوق الدولية بما يضر بالبلدان المنتجة للقطن الأكثر فقراً بتخفيض مداخيلها من الصادرات بشكل حاد:

Also noting with regret that the 13th anniversary of the Babri Masjid has passed without concrete steps being taken towards rebuilding of the Masjid or punishing those responsible for the sacrilegious act of its destruction and killing of thousands of innocent Muslims in its aftermath;
وإذ يلاحظ مع الأسف أن حلول الذكرى الثالثة عشر لتدمير المسجد البابري قد مرت دون القيام بأية خطوات ملموسة لإعادة بناء المسجد أومعاقبة المسؤولين عن أعمال تدنيسه وهدمه وقتل آلاف الأبرياء من المسلمين في أعقاب ذلك،
